What to Do if You are Bullied

WINNING WAYS TO TAKE CARE OF YOU

  • Take care of the hurt.  Find ways to let it go.

  • It's important it doesn't change the way you think about yourself. Change the story you tell yourself.

  • Talk to a safe person.

  • Find your voice. Learn how to help others. This helps you!

  • If it is a friend, tell them how you feel.

  • There is ALWAYS a solution. You are NOT alone!
