#1 - Before you go, make sure the camp has a clearly defined bullying policy, that is communicated to staff, kids and parents, where a process is in place to report and remediate concerns.

​

#2 - If you observe something ask if the players /player is okay with what just occurred.

​

#3: If you see bullying occur write down the time, date and details of what happened and note witnesses. Sometimes video is needed to help corroborate the incident.

​

#4 - Be familiar with the bullying/maltreatment information and processes of the governing bodies in the region.

​
